Keystone Safety Group was founded by Joshua Filler, an Environmental, Health & Safety professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations build safer, more effective workplaces.

Throughout his career, Joshua has worked with organizations ranging from large national and international companies to complex, multi-location operations. His experience includes EHS leadership roles with Core & Main, Mitsubishi, and Amazon, providing him with exposure to a wide range of industries, work environments, and operational challenges.

These experiences shaped the foundation of Keystone Safety Group: safety programs should do more than satisfy regulatory requirements. They should work in the real world—protecting employees, supporting leadership, and helping businesses operate safely and efficiently.
